Most of the work
happens before
the phone rings

We build the system that brings you customers, then we run it.

Plans from $149 a month. The audit is free.

PHILOSOPHY

You did not start this
to become a marketer.

Somebody good at their trade should not have to become good at advertising to stay busy. That is the whole reason we exist. Below is how we work. We would rather lose the job than break any of it.

  1. i

    A person writes every word

Nothing goes out under your name that a human has not read first. Our own tools are built so they cannot generate sales copy on their own — a deliberate decision, not a limitation we are working around. If a machine wrote it and nobody checked it, it is not going to your customers.

  2. ii

We run it on ourselves first

The cold-email system that finds your customers is the same one we use to find ours. We are the first client of everything we sell. If it stops working we feel it before you do, which is the only arrangement under which we can honestly tell you it works.

  3. iii

We refuse work we cannot do right

There are industries we turn down: anything handling patient records, anything needing a securities licence. Not because the money is bad, but because doing it properly takes expertise we do not have, and doing it improperly becomes your liability. We would rather say no than learn on your business.

THE PLAN We map out what's actually broken before we touch anything.
YOU STEP BACK It runs without you thinking about it.

Then somebody picks up.

PRACTICE

Six practices.
Pick the one you are missing.

  1. i

    Websites

    $1,490 one-time · free on a 6-month plan

Someone searches your trade and finds a competitor first. That job is gone, and you never knew it existed. A real site in under a week, priced flat, built so Google can actually index it. Hosting and updates stay with us. We watch what people search to find you and what they do once they land, then change the page when the numbers say to. A site that never changes after launch is not finished. It is abandoned.

    Trades · Home services · Auto · Cleaning · Clinics · Daycares

  2. ii

    Cold email

    Quote priced to the campaign

We find the people who would buy from you, run outreach through warmed domains, and bring you the replies. You show up to the call. Everything before it is ours.

    Agencies · B2B software · Consultants · Brokers

  3. iii

    Social

    $490 /mo

Posting on a real schedule, so the feed stops going quiet for three weeks at a time. Written in your voice, scheduled ahead, read by a person before it posts.

Anyone whose customers look you up first

  4. iv

    Paid advertising

    $590 /mo · flat, not a cut of spend

Meta and Google campaigns built, aimed and watched. We will not put money behind an offer that has not proven it converts, and we will tell you when that is the case.

    Offers that already convert

  5. v

    Search

    $890 /mo · in the Visibility plan

A site nobody can find is a brochure. We audit what is blocking you technically, fix the structured data so search engines understand what you actually do, and get you into the local results where the searches turn into calls.

Local search · Technical audits · Structured data

  6. vi

    Reception

    $149 /mo

A missed call is a customer who already rang someone else. A front desk that answers while you are under a sink or on a ladder, takes the details, books the work.

    One-person crews · Small teams

Not sure which of these you need? That is what the free audit answers. and we will tell you which one is costing you the most.

TRAFFIC SHOWS UP That's the whole point of the system.
YOU'RE GLAD YOU CALLED That's the only metric that matters.

METHOD

Three steps.
Nothing before them.

  1. Audit

We score how machines read your site and send you the ranked fix list, worst first, with what each one costs you. Two days, free, no call, no card. What that means.

  2. Build

Before anything is built we write down where you are starting from — the numbers as they stand on day one. Then we build around your customers rather than a template we reuse on everyone. Nothing is billed as an improvement without that baseline to measure it against.

  3. Run

You get customers. We keep it running and send you what moved, what did not, and what we changed. If a number goes the wrong way you hear it from us first, in the same report as the good ones.

Month to month throughout. No setup fee, no minimum term, and the audit happens before you owe anything. .

HOW IT WORKS

Three ways in.
Pick where you're stuck.

Website Build

A real site, built and live in under a week.

Cold Email

Outreach that books meetings while you work.

SEO

You show up when someone searches your trade.

PROOF

No case studies yet.
Here is what
you can check instead.

We are new. Every agency site at this stage either invents logos or pads the page with stock photography of a handshake, and you can tell. So here are three claims you can verify yourself in about ten minutes, without talking to us.

  1. i

Does this site pass its own audit?

It scores 100. Check it: open Google's Rich Results Test on this page, or view the source and look for the FAQ and Service blocks near the top. Then run the same test on the last three agency sites you looked at. That gap is the entire product, and it is visible before you pay anyone.

  2. ii

What rules do you actually work by?

They are written down and they are enforced by the software, not by good intentions. No message goes out until a person has read it and approved it. No business is contacted without a recorded lawful basis for contacting it. Patient records are refused outright. Read the whole thing — it is one page.

  3. iii

What are you not telling me?

We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified, we have no client logos to show you, and the automation that keeps these prices low is newer than the agency. We keep the evidence those audits ask for from day one rather than reconstructing it later, and we will send you the file including the gaps if your procurement asks.

The first ten clients get the founding trade: the prices on this page, held for twelve months, in exchange for permission to publish what the work did. Those numbers become the case studies missing from this section. while it is open.

START HERE

Every agency offers
a free audit.
Here is what ours is.

Most free audits are a sales call with a PDF stapled to the front. You give them your number, someone books a meeting, and the findings turn out to be whatever they were going to sell you anyway. You already know this, which is why the phrase stopped meaning anything.

  1. i

What do you actually get in the free diagnostic?

A score out of 100 for how machines read your site — search engines, and the AI assistants people increasingly ask instead. It is computed, not an opinion, and it breaks into three parts: whether your content can be extracted at all, whether anyone can tell who said it, and whether it answers the questions buyers actually type. Underneath the score is a ranked list of what is costing you, worst first.

  2. ii

How long does the free diagnostic take and what does it cost?

Two business days, and nothing. No call, no card, no meeting to unlock the results. You send a link, we send the report back.

  3. iii

What is the catch with a free audit?

There is a real answer to this. The audit is automated, so running one more costs us close to nothing — we are not being generous, we are being cheap in a way that happens to suit you. And it is the only honest way to show what we do before you pay for it. Take the report to another agency if you like. Several of the fixes you can do yourself in an afternoon, and we will tell you which ones.

Some people want more than one page looked at. The free version is everything a machine can work out on its own, which is genuinely most of it. Past that point it costs us real money and real hours, so past that point we charge — $490 to score your competitors with 90 days of their dated changes, $1,900 for the whole market read by a person. Both come off your bill in full if you start a plan within thirty days. All three, side by side.

We ran the free one on ourselves first — this page scores 100. and we will tell you what yours does.

PRICING

No games.
Here is what it costs.

Two things are sold here, and they answer different questions. One tells you what is wrong. The other fixes it every month. Each has its own page with its own prices, because bundling them into one wall of cards made both harder to read.

Diagnostic

Free

to $1,900 · no call required

A computed score for how machines read your site, plus the ranked list of what is costing you. Two days, no call, yours to keep. Paid versions add your competitors and 90 days of their dated changes. All three diagnostics and what they cost.

Prices last updated .

Month to month. No contracts, no setup fees, cancel with notice. Prices rise only when we can show you the improvement against your baseline, and never by more than one step at a time.

TWO GUARANTEES

What happens if the Baseline Month is not worth it?

You get your score out of 100, a ranked list of at least ten fixes with what each one costs you, and the top three of them done, within 30 days. If it was not worth it, tell us within 14 days and we refund the $290 in full. No reason required, and you keep the report either way.

What happens if the work does not move the number?

On a monthly plan, your machine-readability score rises by at least 25 points within 60 days of the baseline we record on day one, or the following month is free. Conditions: we can publish changes, or you apply the ranked list within 14 days, and the site stays reachable throughout.

We guarantee the score because we compute it, we move it, and you can check it yourself with any public structured-data tester. We do not guarantee revenue or leads, because those depend on your pricing and your sales calls, and a promise about someone else's work is not a guarantee. This is our first year, so treat these as a bet on the method rather than a track record — that is exactly why the first one is refundable.

Large Job / Custom

Bigger company, bigger scope. We price it for what it actually is.

QUESTIONS

The things people
ask before they ask.

  1. i

Why is the deep diagnostic not free as well?

Because the free one is automated and the deep one is not. Running one more site score costs us almost nothing, so there is no reason to gate it. Looking at your competitors, tracking what each of them changed and having a person read the result costs real hours and real money. If we gave that away we would either stop doing it properly or stop being able to afford it. Start a plan within thirty days and what you paid comes off the bill in full.

  2. ii

How much does a small business website cost?

Ours is $1,490 one-time, or free if you take a six-month plan. Most agencies charge $2,000 to $10,000 for the same thing. We can charge less because the build is largely automated and we are not selling you hours — a site takes us days, not weeks, and we would rather have the standing relationship than the one-off fee.

  3. iii

What does a marketing retainer cost in 2026?

Most small businesses pay between $1,500 and $5,000 a month, and the average retainer across the industry is around $3,200. Ours start at $890 and top out at $1,690. That is a genuine discount rather than a worse service. The routine work that used to take an agency fifteen to twenty hours a month takes us a fraction of that, because it is automated end to end, and we passed most of the saving on instead of keeping all of it.

  4. iv

Is SEO still worth paying for?

Not the way it is usually sold. Clicks on ordinary search results have fallen sharply wherever Google shows an AI summary, and more than three quarters of informational searches now end without anyone clicking anything. Paying for rankings is paying for a seat in a room people are leaving. What is worth paying for is being the source the AI quotes when someone asks. That is what we sell, and we report it as citations, not positions.

  5. v

Do you lock me into a contract?

No. Month to month, no setup fee, cancel with notice. We also do not raise your price unless we can show you the improvement against the baseline we measured in the first month. If the first month does not produce something worth paying for, do not pay for the second.

  6. vi

How do I know the work is actually working?

Because we measure where you started before we touch anything. That is the whole point of the baseline month. Every report after it compares against that number, so the question is never a matter of opinion. If a thing we tried did not move it, we say so and stop doing that thing.

  7. vii

Do you use AI to do the work?

Yes, and it is why the price is what it is. But a person reads every word before it goes out and nothing sends itself. The automation runs inside limits we set — spend caps, approval gates, an audit trail of every decision made with your money — and we can show you that record any time you ask.
